As a stylist for 38 years Janet has seen many changes and trends. She continue to educate herself and engages in all of the techniques and current styles. She has been in Fernandina Beach since 1987, was raised in Lake City Florida and attained her cosmetology license in 1980. She was trained at Lake City Community Colleges program of cosmetology by the leader in Florida hair fashion, the Rehbergs! Janet has been trained and tutored by some of the greatest trendsetters in the industry. Her passion is having her guests smile and feel great after their experience in the salon.

She has been owner of A Janet Lynne Salon for 16 of her 38 years experience. She is dedicated to reaching out to our community by being involved with numerous fundraisers and activities. She believes that education of her team is key in staying current with the trends. She requires that her stylist on her team attend quarterly educational classes while employed at the salon.

Liz Garza is a Florida native, previous Salon Owner and has been in the Beauty industry for 40 years! She is married to her husband Michael of 30 years, has 3 beautiful daughters and 2 grandchildren! Through her time in the industry, she has seen the trends come and go through the ’80sd, the ’90s, into the 2000s and each day is a gift of learning and serving people’s hair care needs. She loves enjoying life, family, friends and most importantly Jesus! Because without Him none of the other would have a firm foundation! Loves all aspects of services, especially haircut and Joico color! And loves mentoring and training the up and coming generations of hair artists! She looks forward to sharing life with you!

Mandi is a native of the area and had a dream of doing hair since childhood. She has been in the industry for 14+ years now and has never lost her passion for it. Her specialties include; curly hair, formal styling/updos, extensions, and fashion colors and is also certified in SoCap fusion extensions and Brazilian Blowout. She is a full-service stylist and enjoys cutting, and traditional coloring, as well.

Ashley Sparkman Fernandez is a native of Fernandina Beach. , FL. Ashley began her journey into the hair industry fourteen years ago when she became the desk coordinator for A Janet Lynne Salon. After high school graduation, loving the hair industry, she decided to pursue an education at Paul Mitchell the School, Jacksonville, FL. After her graduation from PMTS-Jax, she returned to our salon to begin her career as a stylist and color specialist. Ashley was later offered the opportunity to be a learning leader at PMTS-Jax, and she graciously accepted. Her heart could not resist the tug back to where she started though, and was right back here with us when, seven years ago, she and her husband made the move back up to Nassau County. Since her return, she has been continuing her education and developing her skills as a stylist. Not only has Ashley been an asset to our team of stylists, but as the salon’s Coordinator as well.

Kimberly joined A Janet Lynne Salon team in 2015. She is a licensed master cosmetologist with a passion for making her clients feel beautiful inside and out. Kimberly is a well-rounded stylist who cuts, colors, perms, and styles while excelling in balayage and highlighting. She enjoys going to continuing education regularly to keep up with the latest trends and styles. She will greet you with a smile and make sure you leave loving your hair.
